Our commercial property portfolio focuses on multi-tenant office buildings and health centers. We typically look for properties worth up to EUR 20 m or larger portfolios and favor diversified tenant structures with predominantly mid-sized German occupiers. The diversified tenant structure we seek contains a broad number of regionally well-established corporate tenants.

NAS INVEST/REAL is responsible for executing the real estate strategy across Germany. NAS REAL has two regional offices for the North-Eastern and South-Western parts of Germany respectively in order to ensure the efficient management of our portfolio.
